The serene and grounded environment alongside dependable staff members allows for a well-balanced and safe space for all. We are conveniently just a short walk from Kingston station and Fairfield bus station, as well as having a free on-site parking for those travelling by car.

Treatment with the ScolioGold Programme
Our renowned ScolioGold programme is a non-surgical approach to treating scoliosis and other spinal conditions. Our treatment is designed and tailored specifically to each individual need. The Patient-centered approach to treating scoliosis utilises tried and tested techniques including
- Schroth-based exercises
- SEAS (Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis)
- Myofascial release
- Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)
- Postural re-education
- Core stability training
- Bracing
Every case we see is different, which is why no two treatment plans are the same. The focus is on understanding your body, your limitations and how your lifestyle patterns may be contributing to discomfort. By combining techniques such as the ones listed above and individualising your treatment, we hope to help support long-term spinal health, improved posture and greater confidence in your day-to-day lives.

Success Stories from Kingston
We’ve seen some incredible results from our Kingston patients. One teenage girl with a 38-degree thoracic curve achieved a 10-degree reduction after completing a block of ScolioGold treatment alongside the use of an LOC Scoliosis Brace. Not only did their posture and stability improve significantly, but they also reported increased confidence and reduced back pain.
Another recent patient, a 45-year-old woman managing scoliosis for over two decades, came to us after being told her only option was surgery. After a series of 1:1 sessions and home exercise guidance, she has managed to stabilise her curve, significantly improve her posture, and return to an active lifestyle.
Looking Ahead
The Kingston clinic continues to grow as more patients seek out non-surgical holistic scoliosis treatment options. Whether you’re dealing with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, adult degenerative scoliosis, or post-surgical rehabilitation, our team is here to help.
